Deliverable within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territory.
Provided you place your order before 2:45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on a business day, we will process your order and arrange for UPS to pick it up that same day. UPS will then deliver your order within 1 business day after pick up.
If you place your order after the 2:45 p.m. deadline or on a non-business day, we will process it and ship it on the next business day. For instance, Sunday orders are processed and shipped on Monday and should be delivered on Tuesday.
How To Ship To Military Addresses
For shipping purposes, all U.S. military personnel are considered in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed. Because of this, there are certain special guidelines to follow when filling out a military delivery address.
For City, Enter either APO (for Army Post Office) or FPO (for Fleet Post Office).
For State, Select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe, Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
Enter the zip code provided by the military.
For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
Because of military guidelines, we have to ship your order via the United States Postal Service
International/Canadian Shipping Methods
All international deliveries must pass through customs, which might affect your delivery date. Any government or regional taxes or duties are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges.
Postal Service Air (1 to 4 weeks)
Postal service air orders are processed in our warehouse facilities within 2 business days. These orders are then delivered within 1 to 4 weeks, allowing time to clear customs.
Postal Service Express (4 to 7 business days)
Postal service express orders are processed and picked up for delivery as soon as possible. You should receive your order within 4 to 7 business days, allowing time to clear customs.
FedEx Priority (1-3 business days)
Place your order before 2:45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, we will process your order and arrange for pick up that same day. You should receive your order within 1 to 3 business days, allowing time to clear customs.
FedEx does not pick up or delivery on holidays and your order may be delayed due to a US holiday. This will be noted when you checkout and in your order status online.
Additional Shipping Information/Requirements
Adam & Eve requires a signature for all orders totaling more than $250.
UPS requires a signature if your order includes an item priced $100 or higher and when you are reshipped an item or an order.
Backorder Items Shipping
If one of your items is backordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping. We cannot ship free or backordered items by express mail. This is noted in your Order Status online. We will not charge you extra to ship a backordered item and if you choose an express option and none of your items in your order shipped that method, we will refund you the difference immediately.
Can I track my order?
If you selected one of our express delivery options such as UPS 2-Day, then you can check its status on Where is My Order? page
and track your order as it leaves our warehouse facilities makes its way to your door.
If you selected Standard Shipping, were sorry but the U.S. Postal Service does not offer tracking for this method. You can, however, learn when your order left our warehouse and check on the estimated delivery date on Where is My Order? page.
What kind of packaging does my order come in?
AdamEve.com products are shipped in non-descript envelopes and boxes with only our address on the mailing label.
Why cant I select Priority or Express Mail for shipping?
Priority and Express Mail are provided solely for orders to be delivered to a P.O. Box as a way to give those customers a fast option than standard delivery.
Will my order be delivered by a hot guy or girl in a thong?
If you werent home at the time, then your order was delivered by the man or woman of your dreams in a sexy outfit of your choice. We're sorry you missed it.
If you were at home, then were still testing this option to work out all the kinks. Until were completely satisfied with the hotness levels of our carriers, all orders will be delivered as usual by postal employees or UPS drivers. We do recommend, however, that you do not ask them about their underwear preference as it might adversely impact future deliveries and potentially lead to a lawsuit.
